In addition to great recipes for soups, main and side dishes, breads, and deserts it also includes very important information about cooking with gluten free ingredients and helpful tips and techniques for using gluten free ingredients.  It also contains some lactose-free and egg-free variations. </p>

<p>This is a great book for people with food sensitivities or just want to avoid gluten, allergens, or chemicles. In this book leading allergy experts clearly explain what food chemicals are, how they affect us and how we can avoid them. Inside you will find useful tables that list sources of gluten and food chemicals that naturally occur in food. It also includes healthy, creative and simple recipes for all meals and is a great start to a healthy gluten free or allergy free cookbook collection. </p>

<p>This book is Co-authored by the writer of the Gluten-Free Mama blog http://glutenfreemamafriends.blogspot.com/ and creator of great gf baking mixes and flours, Rachel Carlyle-Gauthier. This book is primarily written with recipes that work best with her custom gluten free flour blends. So one way to purchase this book is as a packaged deal with one bag of flour and one cookbook. The recipes are simple and tasty and the book even includes a section on gluten free basics.</p>

<p>Though not all the recipes in this book are gluten free I still think it fits, because the ones that are gf are delicious. It is not the exactly for a gf or baking newbie but for the more practiced of both it a fun book. The recipes are pretty simple and the pictures and the presentation of information is wonderful.</p>

<p>A great gluten-free cookbook filled with recipes for every meal and occasion. The recipes are easy to follow and the book has specifics on cooking with almond flour and lots of information on how and where to find the supplies to make these recipes. It is a good book to have if you are have celiac or are gluten free or not. It will also come in handy if you are on a gluten free diet and struggling to make food everyone in the house will eat.</p>

<p>Overall this is a good cookbook to include in this list. Another one that is probably best left to those who have a bit of experience.  The recipes and advice in this book are great and it is presented very well.</p>
