My husband just picked up some of yourFresh Rosemary Rolls, gluten free! EXCELLANT!!! The best I’ve tasted since I have been diagonsed w/celliac…I’ve been trying hard to do it 100%, these rolls will definetly help. I missed my tuna on a bun and these are perfect…Betty Furmanick, Sterling, Ma. I’d love the receipe, I’ve been dabbling in some differt things, I’ve made Perogi “we’re polish,” and I can’t have dairy either and the one cheese the doc said was good was mozarella can’t have corn so no corn starch, the tapioca is what I use and also the root I cook it like potatoes.

Hello, Just found this blog…great idea!

I had been eating Diamond” Nut-thins for quite awhile based on the front of the box “gluten free”. One day I looked at the ingredients and found the company allows a gluten tolerance level for the product. So the crackers really are not gluten free.

How do we get items mentioned on your website?

I am launching the first GFCO certified Instant Hot Cereal. It’s 7 whole grains, comes in 3 flavors, tastes out of this world, and is obviously gluten-free.
