Here you will find product reviews and news on the hottest products in the gluten-free market. Posts are authored by Beyond Celiac staff and guest bloggers from the gluten-free community. Our goal is to keep you up-to-date on the latest and greatest gluten-free products available.

About the Moderators

Claire Baker is the Beyond Celiac Director of Communications and New Media. Claire joined the Beyond Celiac staff in July 2014 with 20 years of non-profit management experience in Philadelphia. Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2010, she sought to improve the lives of others who need to live gluten-free through her blog, gluten-free product and restaurant reviews, social media presence, and publications.

Kim Pacini serves on the Beyond Celiac in the Communications team. She works to provide the Beyond Celiac community with the latest resources, news, and events surrounding celiac disease. Through the website, social channels, and e-newsletters Kim manages content and engages with the Beyond Celiac online community to work towards a shared goal of improving life for those diagnosed with celiac disease.

Maria Luci is the Beyond Celiac Communicators Coordinator. Through social media and newsletters, Maria engages with the Beyond Celiac online community, raising awareness and building an informed audience. In the middle of her own celiac testing journey, Maria understands the challenges and frustration involved in obtaining an accurate diagnosis.
