Gluten-Free Hot Products is one of the many projects run by The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) to better serve the celiac and gluten-free community. Here you will find product reviews, and news on the newest and hottest products in the gluten-free market. The posts here will come from NFCA staff as well as many of the amazing bloggers in the gluten free community. Our goal is to keep you up to date on the latest and greatest gluten-free products available.
About the Moderator
Atlantis Lacy joined the staff of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness in February 2009. In addition to moderating the Gluten-Free Hot Products blog, she also manages the NFCA’s various social media accounts, and assists other NFCA staff members with Content Management, SEO, and HTML for NFCA’s website.
