Snacktime is that much better when it’s free. Last month, I shared my thoughts on Blue Diamond’s new Baked Nut Chips. In short, they’re really tasty and the ideal shape for dipping.

Now, Blue Diamond wants you to give them a try. We already gave away free Baked Nut Chips to 5 winners who follow our staff blog, Celiac Central: Bits & Bites. Today, we’re giving away Baked Nut Chips to 5 more winners, right here. Winners will be randomly selected, and will receive a bag of each flavor of Blue Diamond Baked Nut Chips (that’s 3 bags per winner!).

I am no longer grieving over my loss of gluten in my diet. These days I feel even more alive and thankful that I am gluten free and celebrate each day with feeding my body whole foods from plants and trees, (including my fair share of nuts)! Yum! Baked nut chips? Even more things to celebrate! Thanks, Missy <3

Unlike many of the other people who will enter this giveaway, I’ve only actually started realizing that I needed to go gluten free in the last two weeks. I’m lucky that I work for a company that produces gf products, so I’ve had to do a bunch of research on the subject in the past, which means I know the flours that I can and cannot have. That makes the change easier.

Still, I find myself seeking out gf recipes and more information whenever I can. I also have news articles that have anything to do with gluten free emailed to me and follow a bunch of gf chefs, magazines and companies on Twitter. The more I learn, the more I’ll be able to celebrate my new gf life.

I celebrate by making gluten free fun and happy! I embrace being Gluten Free because I am healthy now. Being GF also helps me cut down on pre packaged store bought meals as most of my meals now are from scratch.

Finding tasty wheat free and gluten free products in supermarkets is getting easier every year. Seven years ago when my daughter, then toddler, was diagosed with Celiac Disease, foods were hard to find and required creativity and learning new recipes. It is nice to be able to ‘grab’ good snacks/foods at most stores now. Looking forward to trying the Blue Diamond chips. Thanks!

Each day that I wake, I am celebrating a healthy, gluten-free lifestyle. Celebrating an end to physical pain, confusion, fatigue, money & time spent on useless doctor visits and & to all of the medications to treat illnesses I didn’t even have. I am celebrating the simple cure & treatment of a serious disease, increased knowledge of symptoms by practitioners and the public. I celebrate each day that a new person is diagnosed-knowing that they too can rest their worries & live healthier lives. And lastly, I celebrate the ever-growing store shelves, as they become increasingly abundant with more delicious gluten-free foods to ultimately help Celiacs fit in with their peers at dinner tables around the world.

I am loving the fact that i found out that i’m gluten intolerant due to the fact that i have more energy, i’m not sick as i used to be. I’m now getting more attention because of the weight i’ve lost and i LOVE feeling like this. I am finally finding foods that I am able to safely eat. I would love to be able to try this product :)

Awesome webinar today – I really enjoyed what Peter had to say. I celebrate by taking every day recipes and creating them to be gluten free and hopefully a bit healthier.

I have recently started following a gluten free diet as I am tired of living with the symptoms of IBS and being labeled in such a broad category. I have also started making the transition to vegan as I believe the animal products are also what is keeping america obese and sick. Going gluten free has made me feel better and healthier in general and I can’t believe how sick I was feeling.

At first I thought out lives had come to a hault of teh “good stuff” We have two children that have been diagnosed with celiac disease and as a family of six it was a big shock and an even bigger change that we decided to change as a family. We not only feel better but have a different outlook on food as a whole and I am going to school to become a registered dietician becasue I want to teach others that this “disease” is not a life sentence.
