Celiac Disease Awareness Month (May) is shaping up to be a very busy month for The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). Among the many other activities we will be participating in, The NFCA, through its GREAT Association and GREAT Food Service, will produce a Gluten-Free Showcase Pavilion and Educational Session at the 2010 National Restaurant Association Show(NRA) held May 22nd through 25th in Chicago.
The Gluten-Free Showcase Pavilion is the first of its kind held on the food industry’s most prestigious stage. The Showcase Pavilion’s goal is to help mainstream gluten-free foods and revolutionize how individuals suffering from celiac disease and gluten intolerance manage their health through diet and nutrition. The NFCA’s GREAT Program could not attempt to accomplish such amazing and important objectives without the support of so many significant members of the gluten-free food industry. Joining the GREAT Association and GREAT Food Service at the 2010 NRA Show is a long, prominent list of participants.
