Fall is here! We’ve had several cool nights and mornings here in Philadelphia, and right on cue, we have a wonderful hot breakfast cereal to tell you about!
Eco-Planet Gluten Free Hot Cereals not only taste great, they are a really healthy choice. Eco-Planet’s product is mostly whole oats with the addition of six other whole grains: buckwheat, sorghum, brown rice, puffed amaranth, quinoa and millet — that provide more nutrition, texture and taste compared to typical instant oatmeal. Did we mention that they are also USDA Certified Organic and Certified Gluten Free by the GFCO?
We sampled two flavors for our review: Apples & Cinnamon and Maple & Brown Sugar. We loved them! The mixture of different whole grains adds interest to the texture of the cereal, yet it has a nice creaminess. They are not overly sweet. Evaporated cane juice is used instead of refined sugar. This and cinnamon are very lightly applied. The mix of grains is delicious enough to not need over-sweetening.
This tasty addition to a healthy breakfast can be found at your local wegmans or online at ecoheavenllc.com where you can also find complete product information.

My office just bought a whole case of the three types. Healthier than the lunch “truck” and full of flavor – Gluten Free too. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
want to buy asap
This cereal is so good!!! I found it at a natural food store in FL and loved it!! I am new to the gluten free lifestyle and am trying new products all the time. Some good, some not so good. So I was so happy to find a great hot cereal!!! I throw in blueberries and soy milk and it’s a party in my mouth!! lol
Hi, they taste very good. But could you PLEASE take out the brown rice, so it’s not as constipating? It seems most gluten-free products inevitably have rice in it. Please remove the rice, for bowel’s sake.
Thanks.

How can it be gluten-free and contain buckwheat and oats? I am new to this and get confused very easily. Thank you
Both Buckwheat and oats are gluten-free because neither is wheat. Buckwheat can be confusing do to the word wheat in its name. Both can be contaminated if they are made in the same place as wheat products. Eco-planet uses safe buckwheat and oats.

I love your cereal!! My daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and Celiac Disease a year ago. Your cereal is one of the few things she can eat in the morning that is Gluten Free and does not spike her blood sugar. Thank you!!!!!! We love you in Seattle!!!!
