Every once in a while I have to admit, I miss the warm nooks and crannies of a toasted English Muffin. But now, I don’t have to miss them at all! They toast up nicely and hold melted butter and jam just like you hope they will. Even better, they double as a fantastic hamburger bun, sandwich bread or even as the crust for a personal pizza! Glutino makes an awesome english muffin too!
We love these english muffins by Kinnikinnick. We use them as stated above but we also toast them and drizzle a little olive oil over them and sprinkle with garlic salt and onion powder. Taste wonderful!!! Great to add to spagetti or just eat alone:)
