		<description>I agree - AND many of the companies like Lays, Betty Crocker, etc. do NOT have a gluten-free dedicated factory.  Therefore, there will be traces of wheat, soy, etc.</description>

		<description>Wheat is such a good source of glutamic acid, as is soy, and corn, that MSG is often made from these foods.  It&#039;s good to avoid anyway.  I&#039;m not taking the risk.</description>
